Any exchange request must be placed within 48 hours of receiving the order. We currently accept exchanges only in the rare event that:
1. You received a product different from what you ordered
2. Your item was damaged during shipping
An unboxing video is mandatory for any exchanges.
Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a return pickup from your location and send out a replacement with the correct product as soon as possible.
We do not offer returns or refunds.
