Any return or exchange request must be placed within 48 hours of receiving the order. We currently accept return or exchange requests only in the rare event that:
1. You received a product different from what you ordered
2. Your item was damaged during shipping
A clear, continuous unboxing video (starting before opening the sealed package and clearly showing all sides including the shipping label) is mandatory for any return or exchange request.
Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a return pickup from your location. For returns, we will issue a full refund in the form of store credit valid for 1 year from the date of issue. For exchanges, we will send out a replacement with the correct product as soon as possible.
For Partial COD orders, our courier partner will attempt delivery three times. Refund will not be provided in case of refusal, change of mind, or unavailability during delivery. If the parcel is returned to us, a ₹100 re-shipping fee must be paid online to arrange re-delivery.
