Any return or exchange request must be placed within 48 hours of receiving the order. We currently accept return or exchange requests only in the rare event that:
1. You received a product different from what you ordered
2. Your item was damaged during shipping
A clear, continuous unboxing video (starting before opening the sealed package and clearly showing all sides including the shipping label) is mandatory for any return or exchange request.
For returns, we will issue a full refund in the form of store credit valid for 1 year from the date of issue. For exchanges, we will send out a replacement with the correct product as soon as we receive the returned item.
We do not offer return pickup. We will send you a return address for sending the product back for any return or exchange request. Kindly make sure the parcel is insured with tracking.
